Gala with the
Rivertown Ramblers
The Friends of the Library Gala is going all out for the nation’s upcoming 250th celebration. Join us for a concert by the Rivertown Ramblers, a lively old-timey string band that draws from the rich traditions of American roots music. Known for tight harmonies and infectious, high-energy performances, the Ramblers preserve the raw and unpolished sound of traditional music, with a repertoire spanning fiddle tunes, early country songs, and heartfelt ballads.
As always, the Gala will feature a sumptuous buffet of appetizers, drinks, the opportunity to bid on dozens upon dozens of silent auction items, and a chance to visit with friends.
